Server Rules
General Rules
1. Do not randomly kill players without valid reason. That is RDM (Random Death Match).
2. Teamkilling is not permitted, unless in a simulation called by an officer in the simulation room or a training area. If a team mate attempts to kill you, do not shoot them back. Call staff using ///
3. During an admin sit, all roleplay temporarily ceases for players involved.
4. Do not advertise other servers, websites, or services on my server. Links are allowed if they are helpful, like if someone needs the content pack.
5. Using custom client scripts that are meant to benefit you and/or harm others in any way, will result in an instant ip ban.
6. All accounts of Fail RP, RDM, spamming, meta-gaming, abusing/exploiting, cheating, etc. are subject to an admin sit. Type in chat "/// [message]" to open a staff ticket.
7. Do not chat spam.
8. Do not mic spam. Music is okay, as long as other players aren't asking you to stop.
9. Do not purposely get elevators, trains, doors, or other entities stuck or broken.
10. Do not impersonate other players or staff members.
11. Players may have two whitelists, and may only be in one battalion (Navy, Marines, Spartans, ODST, etc).
12. Covenant and Insurgents are to be killed on sight.
13. For the Covenant, Humans may be killed on sight. However you may be attempt to be a friendly covenant.
14. You may have a maximum of two whitelists (besides rank classes, and misc classes), and may only be in one battalion.
15. "Second lives" are not allowed.
16. Only players trained and assigned the "ai" usergroup are permitted to be SPARTAN AI (Automated Intelligence).
Chat Commands
1. Only officers (WO+) may use /advert
2. Alert Codes designate the status of the ship or a ground base, and may only by called in /advert by 2ndLt+/ENS+
- Code Green = The ship/base is safe and in working order
- Code Yellow = The ship/base is on alert and preparing for possible danger
- Code Red = The ship/base is in danger, all personnel assume defensive positions
- Code Black = Abandon ship/base
Vehicles
1. All players ranked PFC+ may have access to a warthog (ask an admin to spawn vehicles).
2. 506th Tank Regiment members ranked PFC+ may have access to tanks (there may be limits depending on your battalion rules).
3. S/VRC-8 members ranked PFC+ may have access to aircrafts (there may be limits depending on your battalion rules).
4. Marine Corps Sgt+ may have access to all types of land vehicles (ask an admin to spawn vehicles).
5. Naval Fleet Officers (Navy WO+) may have access to all types of land and air vehicles (ask an admin to spawn vehicles).
Training Rules
1. Upon completion of basic training, recruits are allowed to choose whether they join the Navy or the Marines
2. The default whitelists that recruits may choose between for both Navy and Marines are Rifleman or Automatic Rifleman.
3. Recruits and their trainer are not to be killed under any circumstances.
4. All staff members are trainers, and training is the main priority over ANYTHING.
5. The required training/tryouts for classes (besides default whitelists) are up to the Commanders.
Raiding Rules
1. Humans ranked SSgt+/SCPO+ and may call a raid on the enemy base.
2. Legend classes may call a raid on the enemy base regardless of rank.
3. Covenant may only raid the enemy base if they are in a group of 2+
4. Raids may only occur if the raiding faction has at least 3 control points captured at the time that the raid is called.
5. Raids may last a maximum of 20 minutes.
6. After a raid is called over, there is a 5 minute cool down before another raid may be called.
7. During a raid do not enter the barracks areas of the enemy base (those are the spawn areas).
Base Rules
1. In order to leave the base you must obtain PTL (Permission To Leave) from an officer in comms chat.
- Type: /comms PTL
- Wait for an officer to grant the PTL
2. If you're in a group of 2+ people, then you do not need to obtain PTL.
3. If you're in an aircraft that has obtained PTD (Permission To Depart), then you do not need to obtain PTL.
4. The Bridge and officer quarters are off-limits unless you are an officer, or if you're given permission to enter from an officer.
5. NCO Quarters are off-limits unless you are a Non-Commissioned Officer (Sgt+/PO2+), or if you're given permission to enter from an NCO.
6. Battalion barracks/bunks are off-limits unless you're given permission to enter from any member of that battalion (A higher rank can kick you out).
7. Do not enter the opposing faction's base unless you have an escort or if you're raiding.
Air Traffic Control (ATC) Rules
1. Only Navy officers and Admirals are permitted to be inside of ATC areas.
2. All aircrafts leaving the base must obtain permission to depart by typing in chat:
"/comms Requesting permission to depart | Reason | Type of aircraft"
3. All aircrafts entering the ship/base must obtain permission to land by typing in chat:
"/comms Requesting permission to land | Reason | Type of aircraft"
4. Only Navy officers and Admirals may grant permission to depart, and permission to land.
5. All permissions (Permission To Leave, Permission To Depart, Permission To Land, etc) must be granted in /advert
6. If permission to depart for an aircraft is not granted, or if permission is denied, then the aircraft in question may not depart from the ship/base and the personnel requesting permission must remain on the ship/base. If the aircraft in question attempts to depart without permission, then they may be engaged.
7. If permission to land is not granted, or if permission is denied, then the aircraft in question may not land on the ship/base. If the aircraft in question attempts to land without permission, then they may be engaged.
Battalion Rules
1. The structure and rules of battalions are at the discretion of the battalion commanders.
2. After joining a new battalion, you must wait 2 days before you're allowed to leave that battalion. Failure to follow this rule will result in demotion to Private, or a blacklist from all Human jobs for 1 week.
3. Naval Fleet members and Admirals are not allowed to enter the field without being accompanied by a SPARTAN.
Bodygroup Rules
Unit Commanders may create their own bodygroup rules for their unit, but they MUST base it off of these rules.

Donator Rules
1. Players that have donated money to the server are not exempt from the server rules, and do not obtain special treatment in staff sits or staff events.
2. Donators playing as a Legend class have full right to all areas of the base.
3. Donators playing as a Legend class do not need permission to leave the base.
4. Donators playing as a Legend class may have access to all types of vehicles at any time.
5. If a player is using a Legend class, they must change their roleplay name to the character they're playing as, or remove their branch/unit and rank from their name.
Staff Rules
1. Do not break any server rules.
2. Do not disrespect players.
3. Do not use your staff abilities in roleplay situations. Only use staff abilities while hosting events and staff sits.
4. Any form of bias or favoritism in making staff decisions (jailing, banning, kicking, etc) will result in permanent removal from the staff team or probation (temp removal).
4. All staff members are allowed to host events.
5. Do not spawn weapons or entities, unless it's for an event or if players need vehicles.
6. Do not whitelist yourself or others to jobs that you haven't been properly trained for and approved to use by an officer of the battalion that the job is subordinate of.
7. Do not use commands on staff members ranking higher than you without permission.
